Delivery & Pickup Policy

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery only. We do not offer shipping.

Delivery fees are based on the distance from our store:

Local Delivery (Nearby): $10 (0–10 miles)

Local Delivery (Extended): $20 (10–15 miles)

Local Delivery (Outer Area): $30 (15–20 miles)

A valid phone number is required for all local delivery orders.

After your order is placed, we will typically contact you by text message within 24 hours to coordinate your delivery. We may ask for additional information, such as a gate code, apartment access instructions, or the best place to leave your order if needed.

Our delivery hours are:

Tuesday–Friday
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Most orders are delivered within one business day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend may not be delivered until the following Tuesday. Delivery times may vary based on order volume, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

In-Store Pickup

If you choose in-store pickup, you will receive notification when your order is ready.

Pickup is available during our regular business hours:

Tuesday–Friday
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or be prepared to provide the name used when placing the order.
