This session includes education and helpful take-home tips on Food as Medicine, Cultivating a Healthy Mindset, and Soul/Spirit Care. Some fun interactions will be included, healthy snacks/beverages will be served, and handouts provided. An ending Q+A allows you to get your questions answered and leave feeling refreshed and motivated to take one positive step toward change.
