Maple Grove was once a part of a 500-acre farm, this 1939 Georgian Manor is one of Brentwood’s key historic landmarks. The focus was to maintain its historic elegance, all while introducing modern updates that added to the beauty of the historic home. Meeting the growing family’s needs the flow of the home was enhanced with a strong focus on keeping the integrity of existing architectural elements and staying humble to the original design and era of the home. The overall aesthetic for this once upon a time equestrian estate was to introduce an eclectic and curated ambiance with modern deco décor and contemporary Asian accents. Ultimately creating a home that nods to its historic roots all while introducing a sense modern traditionalism.
